Fani-Kayode Slumped In EFCC Custody – Aide Raises Alarm

The Special Assistant to the former Minister of Aviation, Jude Ndukwe raised an alarm in a statement released on Monday night that his boss Femi Fani-Kayode, slumped in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Saturday.
The former minister was re-arrested last friday by EFCC Operatives just outside the premises of the Federal High Court on Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos.
He was picked up after his trial for an alleged fraud of N4.9bn before Justice Muslim Hassan.
Justice Muslim Hassan had adjourned his trial till November 14 and 15, 2016 before he was rearrested.
