Mr Eazi Is Causing An Uproar In Nigeria And Ghana For Tweeting This

Just a few weeks ago, when
Mr Eazi hosted his ‘Live is
Eazi’ concert, he got so much
appraisals for his good
showmanship, now he is
trending wrongly for a
controversial statement he
The ‘Skin Tight’ singer tweeted
his honest opinion on social
media, on Wednesday 11th
January, about Ghana music
influencing Nigerian music .
“Ghana’s music influences on
Nigerian music cannot be
over-emphasized,” he tweeted.
In less than 24 hours the post
has been retweeted over a
million times, while several
comments attack him for
biting the hands [Nigerian
music] that made himMost Nigerians are not happy
with the statement and feel
betrayed by Mr Eazi for saying
such a statement, which
according to Nigerian
entertainment critics, is
undermining of Nigerian music
On the other hand, some say
the statement was born out of
the long-lasting Nigeria versus
Ghana social media war which
started with the jollof rice
